Twilight Sailors on Fire!
It’s been an exciting, enjoyable, and busy couple of weeks for SailTime Members. In addition to enjoying the lovely weather and cruising the local waters of Sydney Harbour, Pittwater, and Port Stephens, the Sydney and Pittwater members have been enjoying Twilight Sailing.
Or shall we say… LOVING Twilight Sailing!
On Wednesday nights, the Skipper and crew of Currawong have just begun to compete in the CYCA Twilight races, on Thursday nights, the Skipper and crew of Horizon 3 compete in the Middle Harbour Yacht Club Twilight Race, and at the same time, the Skipper and crew of Eirini, based in Pittwater, compete in the RPAYC Twilight race.
With only a few races to go between now and Christmas, everyone is jockeying for the best possible result before the Christmas break.
Eirini’s currently lying in second place in division three RPAYC, and Horizon 3 is also lying in second place in her division three MHYC!
But it’s not all hard work on the water… Twilight Sailing with SailTime Australia offers plenty of opportunities for pure enjoyment too…

Podium finish at the Beneteau Cup
In addition to the Twilight Racing, we also had two of our BENETEAU‘s in the lineup for the very enjoyable annual BENETEAU cup held on Sydney Harbour, where something close to 30 Beneteau Owners compete in two divisions, Spinnaker and non-spinnaker, across two races.
Competing in the non-Spinnaker division, Currawong achieved two firsts and came first overall. Congratulations to Uwe and Christina, the owners and their crew.

Horizon 3, owned by our founders Graham and Angela Raspass, finished just off the podium in fourth place with Skipper and crew having a great day on the water.

Now is the perfect time of year to be out on the water and enjoying Sailing, whether it’s participating in the social racing or just enjoying cruising with family and friends
We have a limited number of memberships available in Sydney and Pittwater.
